Respecting Patients Rights
Our healthcare model is centered on the patient’s needs and rights. To achieve this goal, it is important that you and your family take some time to read the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Click on the button below to access a full GDPR text. Adopting our proposed DHR progressively ensures compliance with the GDPR. See below how your DHR guarantees patient’s fundamental rights.
• PORTABILITY: Your personal and clinical data are available in a responsive way, being accessible universally through a computer, tablet, or smartphone, in real time and from anywhere in the world.
• CONFIDENTIALITY: Access to your DHR only occurs by an exclusive and non-transferable username and password.
• CREDIBILITY: Except for registration, only doctors can edit your DHR, always subject to your prior authorization.
• AUTHENTICITY: All medical entries in your DHR only occur by using a non-transferable username and password, automatically recording the IP number of the computer used to edit each module.
• INVIOLABILITY: Once published, your clinical data can no longer be deleted. Subsequent information is always added to the corresponding module and does not replace what has previously been edited and saved.
• AUTONOMY: You manage the access to your DHR and can make any doctor inactive at any time. The inactive doctor will no longer be able to edit your DHR but will permanently maintain the right to access clinical data edited until his/her last intervention.
Including your clinical data in our DHR digitizes clinical problem-solving methodology, ensuring compliance with GDPR
